The Lake Stevens Sewer District will be installing sanitary sewer pipe within 20th Street SE between 83rd and 88th Avenues from March to July 2014. The right of way permit allows lane closures on weekdays between 8:30 am and 4 pm . During this time the contractor is required to keep at least one lane of traffic open. Delays should be expected.
