ANNEXATION PROCESSES

Dear Interested Party:

This is to let you know that an annexation into a Sewer District is the moving of a jurisdictional boundary only. Annexation proceedings do not guarantee sewer service, commit you to sewer service necessarily, or otherwise encumber your property financially or technically.

The actual sewering of annexed property, and commitment to its costs, is dependent on additional processes that are separate from the annexation. Those activities most often happen at a future time when interest in an area to fund the desired improvement exists.
