Residential Customer TipsWhen buying or selling a property in the Lake Stevens Sewer District, the please contact our office at (425) 334-8588 to provide us with the correct billing information for the sewer account. We will require the new owner's name, phone number, property address and mailing address. The billing statements from the Lake Stevens Sewer District are mailed the first of the month and payment is due by the 25th of the same month. Duplicate Billing Announcement
We are pleased to announce that the Lake Stevens Sewer
District is now able to offer a new service for
duplicate billing. Therefore, if you would like a
separate sewer bill mailed to another party (such as a
property management firm or a homeowner’s association)
you may now request that service for an additional fee
of $1.00 per month. If you would like to start this
service please complete the Request for Duplicate
billing form which can be found on our website (see
