Paperless billing can be set up through Xpress Bill Pay, via the link above. Create a log-in account, go to Add Account and check “Opt-in for Paperless.” If you already have your account set-up, simply toggle button to say “Paperless (On)”. Please keep in mind all email notifications come from Xpress Bill Pay, not the Lake Stevens Sewer District and tend to go into the junk folder.

In person at our district office: 
We accept cash, credit, check, or money orders during regular office hours. Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm 
Payments made after hours can be placed in the drop box outside our district office 

Local Payment Drop Box: 

In an effort to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency, secondary payment drop box sites will be closing. Starting February 28th, 2021 sewer payments will no longer be accepted at Bartell Drugs, downtown Lake Stevens by the library, or at City Hall. We will continue to accept payments online through our website, by mail, and in our drop box at the District Office (1106 Vernon Rd). Thank you for understanding.
